- Club will decide on final, long-term location after visiting both venues
Style of the Month
- July – North American Pale Lager
- August – Kriek
- September – Märzen
- October – Rauchbier (?)

- Adjunct light lager
- Four BJCP categories
- Very challenging to brew: nowhere to hide flaws
- Primary ingredients 6-row barley, Cluster hops
- Adjuncts used to improve clarity (rice or corn)
- Has become quite popular in GABF as of late
- Clandestine Rice Cold, Humble Sea Santa Cruz Lite local examples
- Brewing tips: keep it clean, crisp and clear

Cereal Mashing
- Can be used for most adjunct beers
- 1 part grain : 4 parts adjunct
- Only mill the grain, not the adjunct
- Different adjunct have different gelatinization temperatures
